If you are in anyway not satisfied with the final product, please get in touch. We pride ourselves on our customer service and we will do out best to make sure everyone is happy.
If there are any problems upon receiving your artwork e.g. wrong size or damaged during transit, we are happy to replace it at no extra charge. All we ask if that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
If you change your mind about your order, you can cancel it provided it is done within 24 hours of placing the order. Anytime after this, cancellations will be at our discretion. Our team begin as soon as orders have been made.
Please be aware that our artists rely on the photo that you provide. If the submitted photo is of low quality, this will have an affect on the final outcome. We cannot offer any solutions for low quality artwork.
Examples shown on our site were made from high quality photos following our recommended guidelines. Any low resolution or blurry photos will not allow our artists to recreate the quality shown on our site.
